Cancellation Policy

At Kozo Grinders, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at info@kozo-grinders with your order number.
After 2 hours, we may have already processed your order for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at info@kozo-grinders.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at KOZO. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at KOZO. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at KOZO, you agree to the terms set forth below along with this Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to request us to issue a refund and for you to return your product.

If you would like to return a product, the only way to do it is by following these guidelines:

-The package must come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
-The product must be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
-The product has to be damage free. If we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.

Refunds

We pride ourselves on serving our customers with the best products possible. Every single item that you choose to purchase is previously and thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If your purchase was made with an online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing our products. At the same time we ensure that the packaging is good enough to prevent damage during transit. Please note that KOZO is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

KOZO is responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping is paid by KOZO, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.
