You can order easily through our website. Once you’ve found the product you need, simply add it to the cart and follow the steps of the ordering process. Once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your order summary.
Once you complete your order online, you should receive an order confirmation e-mail detailing your purchase. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your junk mail. Alternatively, you can contact us so we can confirm whether we have received your order.
Your payment may fail if there is a problem with your payment method. We advise you to check and update your payment method as a first step.
Please ensure you have:
• Checked your card expiration/validity dates.
• Confirmed your bank account balance/credit limit can cover the payment.
• Made sure that your account is set up for recurring online transactions.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you must contact us via e-mail and return the product.

- We deliver all goods through Amazon delivery.
- To receive the order, prepare a passport — the goods are issued to the buyer personally.
- Make sure to inspect the goods upon receiving them: check the packaging, appearance, and configuration. If you find any defects, the product can be returned.
- Unfortunately, you will not be able to change the delivery method. You will have to cancel the order and place it again.
- You can pay for the goods on the website.
- We only accept PayPal or card payments, either VISA or Mastercard Worldwide.
- All payments take place securely with SSL encryption. This means that payment by card is safe. Third parties - online stores or intermediaries - will not receive your data.
- Exceptions are only those cases provided for by law.
- To complete payment, you need to enter the code sent to you via SMS. This technology (for example, Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept) increases the security of payments, ensuring that no one but you will receive the code and be able to use it.

If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to issue a refund and return your.
If you paid by card or via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, the money will be returned to your card or account. The refund period depends on your bank. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Sometimes the deadline is extended to 21 days.
